Since every item is custom-made for you, when you request an exchange, we actually have to make a brand-new item every single time.

Because of this, if an item doesn't fit, we offer ONE size exchange per item/order. Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery if you need to exchange an item for a different size.

Please Note: Only 1 size exchange per order. There is a $6 restocking fee for all exchanges. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Final sale, holiday items/ products with holiday graphics, and purchased sale items may not be returned or exchanged. In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping unwanted items back to us. Scrapbooking Daily is not responsible for items lost in transit, so please get a tracking number from your shipping provider.
