Unfortunately, because each item is hand-made, one at a time, when you order it, we do not offer returns for items you decided you do not want to keep. Since every item is custom-made, if we did returns, we'd actually have to make a brand new item every single time.
If something arrives damaged, of course, will happily replace it! Please submit the form below and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Of course, any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. (NOTE: It is always best to include photos with your initial email to avoid delays.)
Any return requests for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being washed. Wrong size, color, or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned items that have been laundered. Any return requests for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product is received.
